Safe to say, it’s been a pretty rough time recently for Hollywood superstar Chris Pratt. Coming under fire from fans all over the world for not participating in
the recent Biden-Harris Marvel Q&A/Trivia session
in addition to his political and religious views, the actor has endured thousands of toxic and harsh criticisms from nearly every fandom he represents.
Over the last few days, some of his most notable co-stars have come to his defense and opened up on how much
they respect and love the
Guardians of the Galaxy
star
from their time working with him. Another one of those stars has just voiced his own support, even though his character and Pratt’s don’t exactly have the greatest on-screen rapport.

, MCU star Josh Brolin has shared his own picture and message in support of his co-star Chris Pratt through the recent controversy. Brolin included this heartfelt and hilarious caption with the post:
I just found out there is another good person to hate on. Chris Pratt. I met him years ago as he was taking over an apartment I was renting. He was bigger then, and he was really really kind. Then I worked with him. Again, he was truly kind: a stand up dude, negativity always questioned and positivity and honor was typically at the forefront. But, as I was looking around to find someone else to hate on during this rising domestic and global hate hand job that we are learning to give, I heard he was available. So Fuck You, Chris Pratt!!! ❤️❤️🙏 (Next victim step forward!!!!!!)

Josh Brolin’s message hits the internet just a couple of days after similar messages were shared by MCU stars
Robert Downey, Jr., Mark Ruffalo and James Gunn
, all of whom have extensive histories working with Pratt in their Marvel appearances. As one of the more open actors in Hollywood with his fans and colleagues, Brolin seems to have exactly the same sentiments toward Pratt as he reinforces what a good person and friend Pratt seems to be to him.
This is yet another incredible message of support between co-stars, especially considering Brolin’s Thanos and Pratt’s Star-Lord are bitter rivals in their three shared MCU movies. Their verbal and physical sparring
during the course of
Avengers: Infinity War
is particularly notable with Star-Lord unleashing top notch insults, but also taking the brunt of blame from MCU fans for unleashing on Thanos during the Titan battle. Thankfully, everything worked out well for him and his teammates in the MCU, just as everything will hopefully resolve itself for the real-world Pratt in the near future.
Chris Pratt is all set to return to the MCU for
his sixth appearance as Star-Lord
in
Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 3.
