In a recent interview with Tyrone Magnus on his
YouTube
channel, director Zack Snyder teased the possibility of returning to the canon DCEU after more than three years away from the action.
When Magnus asked if Snyder would take Warner Bros.’ call assuming
Zack Snyder’s Justice League
was successful upon its release, he simply admitted that
“stranger things have happened.”
In the end, the director kept the possibility of a return open by saying
“you never know:”

“I didn’t think I’d be talking to you right now about Justice League, so clear stranger things have happened, we’ve witnessed that. So I’m just the guy saying…you never know. Never say never.”
