would have six episodes due to it being six hours long, but that is obviously no longer the case.
As for other shows in Marvel Studios’ lineup, it’s already been confirmed that
She-Hulk
would be
a half-hour legal comedy
but that it would
have at least eight episodes
. A new interview from Marvel CCO Kevin Feige confirms not only the episode count for
She-Hulk
but
Loki
and a few other MCU series too.

In an interview with
Collider
, Kevin Feige is asked what the audience can expect regarding the runtime of their MCU series, with Feige responding that
“Well, we’re looking a little differently. We’re looking at it as developing them as either six hour-episodes, or nine or 10 half-hour episodes.”
He gave examples, such as
WandaVision
and
The Falcon and the Winter Soldier
having their runtimes
“blurred”
due to the nature of streaming.
“So, for instance, WandaVision started that way and Falcon and the Winter Soldier as 30 minutes, but because it’s streaming, it’s Disney+, and the rules have blurred over the years, yes. Some can be 23 minutes. Some can be much longer than that.”
Surprisingly, Feige was rather straight-forward when he confirmed the runtime and episode length of both
She-Hulk
and
Loki
, saying that
She-Hulk
would be
“10 30-minute episodes”
while
Loki
was
“developed as six 40-50-minute episodes.”
“But She-Hulk, for instance, is being developed as 10 30-minute episodes. Some will be longer and some will be shorter. Loki, Falcon and the Winter Soldier is being developed as six 40-50-minute episodes.”

As is the case with
The Mandalorian
, it’s clear that Marvel Studios will not be beholden to episode lengths that often restricted cable shows that compensated for commercials and length. Kevin Feige has already expressed how Marvel Studios’ Disney+ shows have been
impacted by the Star Wars show
, which seems to include the episode length.
Many fans were disappointed when
The Mandalorian
was first released on Disney+ with multiple episodes not breaking the traditional 45 minutes of other hour-long shows. Unless it is purposefully replicating the length of the average American sitcom like
WandaVision
, Marvel Studios seems to follow this method but will still aim for more consistency in length with episodes.
At least fans have a clearer idea about how Marvel Studios will handle episode lengths for their shows. This new info could indicate that
