Thanks to the addition of Disney+, on top of a bigger movie quota, 2021 has been a massive year for Marvel Studios. Fans saw the debuts of series such as WandaVision, What If…?, and Loki, alongside the premiere of brand-new characters in the movies with Shang-Chi and Eternals. After a year off, the MCU certainly hit the floor running. Not only was the studio’s first Disney+ outing massively popular, but WandaVision also won it the first MCU Emmy....

Lucasfilm and Disney+ are continuing their impressive run of content releases, with the first three episodes of Temeura Morrison’s The Book of Boba Fett having debuted to the public over the past few weeks. Teaming up with Ming-Na Wen’s Fennec Shand in a post-The Mandalorian adventure, Fett is now to taking on the criminal underworld left in the aftermath of Jabba the Hutt’s death in Episode VI. The setting for The Book of Boba Fett is all coming together on the sands of Tatooine, which has been one of the Star Wars universe’s most iconic locations for more than four decades....

Wonder Woman 1984 is finally expected to release in theaters on October 2, 2020, after it was pushed back a second time by Warner Bros. Promotion for the film has subsequently begun to ramp up, with director Patty Jenkins speaking about Barbara Minerva’s role in the story and how her and Diana “genuinely start out as friends.” Because of WW84 ‘s delayed release, promotional material and merchandise have trickled out, giving new information and images related to the film....

The progress of Ant-Man 3 is currently unknown, but the chatter surrounding the threequel has been teased on several occasions. While the third installment hasn’t landed a release date yet, veteran actor Michael Douglas, who played Hank Pym in Ant-Man and Ant-Man and the Wasp, did tease that “there may be some information coming out pretty soon” which should excite fans. That said, it seems that the crew behind-the-scenes is being formed as the third film already tapped Jeff Loveness (Rick and Morty) to write the script along with the news of Peyton Reed returning to the director’s chair....
