The Coronavirus is without doubt unlike anything the world has ever seen before. With nearly the entire world population under some form of
quarantine until further notice
, all non-essential businesses have been shut down for over a month and people are only leaving their homes if it is absolutely necessary. The movie industry in particular is facing its darkest period ever with movie premieres either delayed or pushed to home releases and
productions being forced to halt shooting
or
work from home
. With such a huge part of daily life out of commission indefinitely, dozens of movie industry personnel are having to simply wait until the word comes to continue working. Everyone is trying to keep an optimistic outlook regardless, and a new social media blast is even giving a nice look back into how things were running before all the madness kicked into high gear.

Ever since
Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings
was announced at San Diego Comic-Con 2019, the anticipation has grown throughout the fan base to see the character brought to life. Cretton himself has been quite candid
expressing his excitement
to be involved with Marvel Studios, as has Simu Liu, who has been
unapologetically psyched up
preparing for his first appearance in a huge superhero movie. The cast and crew of the movie contunie to wait for their go-ahead to get back to work, and all of them seem to be trying as hard as they can to keep their hopes up for life to return to normal.
After Disney and Marvel’s schedule reshuffle,
Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings
is now set to premiere in theatres worldwide on May 7, 2021, with no signs of when filming in Australia will continue.
