The actor has yet to be confirmed as an addition to the film by Marvel Studios or other casting databases such as IMDb, but only a handful of actors have been officially named by those websites, and with a timeline as expansive as

’s, there are definitely a lot more characters that have not been revealed.
What’s most interesting about the actor’s credit is the vague role description. While this could mean the actor is playing an unnamed, very minor character, Marvel Studios has a history of keeping their cards very close to the chest.
Rodriguez could be playing a Marvel character in disguise. Being Latino, Rodriguez might be heralding in an appearance for a famous Latinx Marvel superhero, with Rodriguez either playing the character himself or being related to the possible comic book hero.
