in January, kicking off ten new movies and shows coming in 2021. While all of these releases arrive one after the other, as many as twelve new projects are in the works for 2022, most of which are in pre-production at the moment.

One of the first to start shooing in 2021 will be

Taika Waititi’s

Thor: Love and Thunder

, the fourth solo adventure for the God of Thunder. While the cast isn’t quite at

Spider-Man 3

levels of packed, plenty of heroes will be suiting up next to Chris Hemsworth, including Natalie Portman’s Jane Foster and Tessa Thompson’s Valkyrie.

to join the party as Star-Lord
