WHAT THIS MEANS
While this ad brings a few seconds of footage already utilized, some exciting new confirmations come with the shots from
WandaVision
that debut for the first time!
The very beginning shows Wanda Maximoff talking directly to the camera in her living room saying
“Yeah, I’m not sure what that’s about”
after the wallpaper and furniture around her house all change.
This confirms the influence of
Modern Family
on this show, which likely won’t come until later episodes since
Modern Family
ran from 2009 to 2020. The mockumentary became a hit on ABC over the last 11 years, and it should serve as a fantastic transition from the sitcom-based episodes to the final episodes that are more of a classic Marvel adventure.

There are quick shots of
Kathryn Hahn’s Agnes
and potentially
Emma Caulfield’s unidentified character
as they look around them with suspicion, and it all teases an adventure where nothing is as it seems. We also hear the mysterious radio message to Wanda once again and see new action shots at the end, which is amping up the hype for this series to unseen levels.
It will all begin to unfold on January 15, 2021 when Disney+ premieres the first two episodes of
WandaVision
